Training Package:
It is a very detailed daily plan that focuses you to achieve your goals! It is based on your time constraints, goals, fitness level and desire! The level of interaction is high and the level of detail and instruction is very specific.
- Training plans based on the concept of periodization and creation of an Annual Training Program.
- Establishment of individual training objectives and assistance in setting short and long term goals.
- Detailed training plans delivered every 3-4 weeks.
- Your workouts written in watts/wattage when appropriate!
- Start –up Phone call or personal interview with review of your Initial packet and goal setting.
- Program revisions per month built in.
- E-mails answered in 24 to 48 hours.
- Nutritional Guidance.
- Instruction on training concepts with emphasis on understanding development of energy systems and “training with purpose”.
- Detailed strength training & flexibility programs to meet your sport specific needs.
- Tactical and skills preparation throughout the season.
- Field test performed at start-up to determine individual training zones .

Assessment Package:
The assessment test includes the basic testing required to enable correct heart rate and wattage training zones.

Bike Fit
We will determine the best position for you with respect to power output and comfort, using the latest technologies. At the end of your fitting, you will have everything you need to either purchase a new bike at the right size, or we can set up your current bicycle, the way it should really be.
